|, After reviewing the evidence and considering the law, we conclude petitioner is eligible to be admitted to the practice of law in Louisiana.

WEIMER, GUIDRY and CLARK, JJ„ dissent with reasons.

Dissenting Opinion

GUIDRY, J.,

dissents.

hi conclude there is insufficient evidence at this time to conclude whether petitioner is qualified to be admitted to the practice of law in Louisiana. It is my position that a commissioner should be appointed, pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XVII, § 9, to take evidence and report to this court as to whether petitioner possesses the appropriate character and fitness to be admitted to the bar and allowed to practice law in the State of Louisiana.

Dissenting Opinion

CLARK, J.,

dissenting.

hi dissent. I would appoint a commissioner.
