I write separately to raise the question of whether the holding in this Court’s decision in Shelter Mutual Insurance Company v. Rimkus Consulting Group Inc. of *585Louisiana, 13-1977 (La.7/1/14), 148 So.3d 871, applies to causes of action in tort.
