Relator sought review of the recusal issue in the Court of Appeal, which pretermitted that issue when it granted relator’s Motion to Quash, which ruling was subsequently reversed by this court. Relator is entitled to review of the recusal issue by the Court of Appeal. The matter is therefore remanded to the Court of Appeal for its consideration. In all other respects, rehearing is denied.
