In re State of Louisiana; — Plaintiff; Applying For Writ of Certiorari and/or Review, Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court Div. F, No. 522-784; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 2015-K-0722.

Writ granted. The ruling of the court of appeal solely related to the .defendant’s motion to quash is reversed. The judgment of the trial court is reinstated.

WEIMER, J., would grant and docket. GUIDRY and HUGHES, JJ., would deny.
