dissenting in part.

hi would grant with order, as I agree with the State’s position that as soon as the defendant entered Louisiana he was prohibited from engaging in employment as a service worker under La. R.S. 15:553. I would therefore reverse the Trial Court’s finding of no probable cause as to this charge. I would otherwise deny the writ.
