hi concur in the denial "of this' writ. While there is a presumption' of regularity in court proceedings, it is only a presumption. If the transcript proves faulty, a copy of the audio can easily be made to resolve any discrepancies.' While the court reporter is the custodian of the original recording, there is: no blanket prohibition on providing copies in appropriate circumstances at the cost of the requesting party.
