would grant and docket.

In my view, this case presents significant legal issues that merit a grant and docket. See La. Sup. Ct. R. X, Sec. 1(2), (4). Specifically, I would grant the writ to examine the court of appeal’s expansive reading of the UM/UIM endorsement in this case and whether that endorsement provides coverage here.
