hi would grant and reinstate the Trial Court’s ruling, as I find that the Trial Judge did not-err in interpreting La. Ch.C. art. 615(E), which expressly provides that *165the records at,issue “shall not be disclosed ’ or ordered to be produced in conjunction with any legal proceeding or other matter.”
