*86111 Writ granted. Judgment sustaining the defendants’ peremptory exception of prescription, granting partial summary judgment, and dismissing plaintiffs’ claims is reversed. The case is remanded to the district court to allow the parties to fully address the applicability of La. C.C. art. 3493.10.
