PER CURIAM:

|, Granted in part. The matter is remanded to the district court for an evidentiary hearing to determine whether relator’s guilty plea was entered unintelligently or involuntarily as a result of erroneous or misleading advice, from counsel or the trial court, regarding his sentencing exposure; and whether trial counsel rendered ineffective assistance. In all other respects, the application is denied.
