State ex rel. Wright v. State
Supreme Court of Louisiana · Decided May 1, 2017 · Crichton
218 So. 3d 98; 2017 WL 1649906; 2017 La. LEXIS 919 (Southern Reporter, Third Series)

State ex rel. Wright v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM:.

1 denied. The application was not timely filed in the district court, and relator fails to carry his burden to show that an exception applies. La.C.Cr.P. art. 930.8; State ex rel. Glover v. State, 93-2330 (La. 9/5/95), 660 So.2d 1189.

Moreover, relator has previously exhausted his right to state collateral review. See State ex rel. Wright v. State, 15-2328 (La. 3/24/16), 188 So.3d 1019.
