Opinion of the Court

Per Curiam.

We cannot give you oyer of the original bond. That remains still in the office of the register of probate, and is not to be brought into Court, unless upon trial of the general issue, non est factum In all other cases a copy is sufficient. Let a copy be furnished the defendants (a).

Surely the defendant is entitled to oyer, if the bond is to be produced.
