Barts v. Morse

Barts v. Morse
Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court · Decided January 13, 1879
126 Mass. 226; 1879 Mass. LEXIS 212

Barts v. Morse

Opinion of the Court

By the Court.

The defendant, having been allowed to testify fully as to all that was said or done at the time, has no just ground of exception to the exclusion of interrogatories put in such a form that they might well appear to the presiding judge to be objectionable as calling for an opinion upon the question whether the defendants’ acts were justifiable.

Exceptions overrule 1.
