IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant Dr. Canlas’s motion for summary judgment (ECF No. 11) is GRANTED and Dr. Canlas is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff’s motion to identify unknown party Jane Doe (ECF No. 17) is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff and Dr. Canlas’s motions to strike (ECF Nos. 18 and 20) are DENIED AS MOOT. The Court discerns no good-faith basis for appeal of this matter. See McGore v.
