(b)(1)(C). ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED that the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge (ECF No. 35) is approved and adopted as the opinion of the Court. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant Jamros’ motion for summary judgment (ECF No. 28) is GRANTED to the extent detailed in the Report and Recommendation. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff Bagley’s motion for a temporary restraining order (ECF No. 32) is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff’s claims are dismissed with prejudice and this matter is terminated. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff is denied a certificate of appealability.
