IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants’ motions for summary judgment (ECF Nos. 49 and 51) are GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant Jane Doe is DISMISSED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff’s complaint is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff is denied a certificate of appealability.
