This case is ruled by Great Lakes Steel Corp. v. Detroit, T. & I. R. Co., ante, 1, in which the opinion of tbe Court was this day banded down.

Tbe judgment entered in' tbe circuit court is vacated and tbe case remanded fox further bearing and adjudication in accordance witb said opinion. Defendant will bave costs of tbis Court.
