IN RE APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF JUDGE OF 92nd DISTRICT COURT
Supreme Court of Michigan.
On order of the Court, pursuant to MCR 8.110, the Honorable Beth A. Gibson is appointed chief judge of the 92nd District Court, effective January 1, 2005, for the unexpired portion of a term of two years, which commenced January 1, 2004.
