IN RE APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF JUDGE OF 75TH DIST. COURT.
Supreme Court of Michigan.
On order of the Court, pursuant to MCR 8.110, the Honorable John H. Hart is appointed chief judge of the 75th District Court, effective May 31, 2005, for the unexpired portion of a term of two years which commenced January 1, 2004.
