_________________________________________/ On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the May 22, 2012 order of the Court of Appeals is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(H)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this case to the Court of Appeals for a determination of whether that court complied with its own practices regarding the filing of certificates stating that a transcript does not exist and deadlines for applications for leave to appeal.
We do not retain jurisdiction.
