By order of May 29, 2018, the prosecuting attorney was directed to answer the *384application for leave to appeal the October 3, 2017 order of the Court of Appeals. On order of the Court, the answer having been received, the application for leave to appeal is again considered. We DIRECT the defendant to submit a supplemental brief in response to the prosecutor's answer.
