Plaintiff Oxbow Solar Professionals, Inc.’s action against Borrego Solar Systems, Inc., et al. is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE in its entirety pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b) for failure to prosecute.
