2.  Plaintiff’s Complaint [ECF No. 1] is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE 
  for  failure  to  prosecute  under  Rule  41(b)  of  the  Federal  Rules  of  Civil 
  Procedure.                                                         

       LET JUDGMENT BE ENTERED ACCORDINGLY.
