Based on the R&R of the Magistrate Judge, and all the files, records, and proceedings herein, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 1. The May 20, 2025 Report and Recommendation (Doc. No. 4) is ACCEPTED; and 2. Petitioner Kenneth Ron Jones’s Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 by a Person in Federal Custody (Doc. No. 1) is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE for lack of jurisdiction.
LET JUDGMENT BE ENTERED ACCORDINGLY.
