Opinion of the Court
Defendant was found guilty by a district court jury of a charge of aggravated robbery, Minn.Stat. § 609.245 (1982), and was sentenced by the trial court to an executed prison term of 54 months pursuant to Minn.Stat. § 609.11 (1982) and Minnesota Sentencing Guidelines and Commentary, II.E. (1982).
Affirmed.
. Defendant’s criminal history score was zero. If he had not been subject to the minimum term requirement of section 609.11, defendant’s presumptive sentence under the Guidelines would have been an executed term of 24 (23-25) months in prison.
