August 17, 2020 STATE OF MINNESOTA IN SUPREME COURT A20-1040 A20-1041 Robert LaRose, et al., Respondents, vs. Steve Simon, in his official capacity as Minnesota Secretary of State, Respondent, Republican Party of Minnesota, et al., Appellants. and National Association for the Advancement of Colored People Minnesota-Dakotas Area State Conference, et al., Respondents, vs. Steve Simon, in his official capacity as Minnesota Secretary of State, Respondent, Donald J. Trump for President, Inc., et al., Appellants. ORDER In an order filed on August 13, 2020, we scheduled oral argument in this appeal on September 4, 2020.
