Opinion of the Court
This is an action for divorce. The decree, which was in favor of the plaintiff, was rendered on the eleventh day of October, 1894. The writ of error was sued out on the twenty-sixth day of April, 1895, which was more than sixty days after the rendition of the judgment and after motion for new trial was overruled. The statute provides that no final judgment in an action for divorce “shall be reversed, annulled or modified, in the supreme court or any other
