Santamaria v. Mosblech

Opinion of the Court

ORDER

PER CURIAM.

Francesca Santamaría appeals from the judgment entered upon a jury verdict in favor of Genevieve Mosblech finding Francesca Santamaría 100% comparatively at fault for the injuries suffered by her during an automobile-to-bicycle accident. We affirm. The judgment of the trial court is supported by substantial evidence and is not against the weight of evidence; no error of law appears. An extended opinion would have no precedential value. Rule 84.16(b).
