Opinion of the Court
Plaintiff, pro se, appeals the dismissal of his action under §§ 56.060 and 106.220, RSMo 1994, against defendant, the prosecuting attorney of Pike County, for failure to execute and enforce the criminal laws of the State of Missouri. No error of law appears. An extended opinion would have no prece-dential value. We affirm the trial court’s judgment pursuant to Rule 84.16(b).
