Blatt v. State

Opinion of the Court

*228 ORDER

PER CURIAM:

David Blatt appeals the denial of Ms Rule 24.035 motion for postconviction relief without an evidentiary hearing. He had pleaded guilty to one count of sodomy, section 566.060, RSMo 1994. He claims that Ms guilty plea was not knowingly and voluntarily entered because (1) he was misled about when he would receive parole and (2) counsel coerced him to plead guilty by failing to adequately investigate Ms ease. The judgment of the motion court is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
