The Director of Revenue appeals from the trial court’s order reinstating petitioner Jeffrey Warren Barnett’s driving privileges. The trial court entered an order not denominated a “judgment.” In the absence of a final appealable judgment, we have no jurisdiction. City of St. Louis v.
