Withouse v. State

Opinion of the Court

ORDER

PER CURIAM.

John Withouse (Movant) appeals the judgment denying his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief as untimely. We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal and find no error of law. An extended opinion would have no prece-dential value. We have, however, prepared a memorandum opinion for the use of the parties only setting forth the reasons for our decision. We affirm the judgment pursuant to Rule 84.16(b).
