Lange v. Gentemann

Opinion of the Court

ORDER

PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff appeals the judgment entered in favor of Defendant, based upon the trial court’s finding that there was insufficient evidence to support piercing the corporate *225veil in this breach of contract and quantum meruit action. We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal and find no error of law. An extended opinion would have no precedential value. The judgment is affirmed pursuant to Rule 84.16(b).
