Muse v. Director of Revenue

Opinion of the Court

ORDER

PER CURIAM.

The Director of Revenue appeals the judgment setting aside the revocation of Donald C. Muse’s license pursuant to Section 577.041.1 RSMo Supp.1998 for refusing to submit to a chemical test. We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal and find no error of law. We have, however, provided the parties with a brief memorandum opinion, for their use only, explaining the reason for our decision. The judgment is affirmed pursuant to Rule 84.16(b).
