Smith v. State

Opinion of the Court

ORDER

PER CURIAM.

Movant, Johnny Smith, appeals from the judgment denying his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief without an evi-dentiary hearing. The court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law are not clearly erroneous. An opinion would have no precedential value. We have, however, provided the parties with a memorandum for them information only setting forth the reasons for this order.

The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
