Mahan v. Junior College District of Metropolitan Kansas City

Opinion

ORDER

PER CURIAM:

Joetta Mahan appeals the trial court’s judgment dismissing her petition for failure to state a claim. On appeal, Ms. Ma-han claims that the trial court erred in dismissing her petition because she stated claims under the Missouri Human Rights Act for retaliation, sexual harassment, and racial discrimination. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties.

The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
