Mr. Cheikh Ibra Seye appeals from the Judgment of the Circuit Court of Boone County, Missouri, denying his motion to modify child custody, visitation, and child support and granting Ms. Ndeye Marieme Ndiaye’s counter-motion to modify custody, visitation, and child support.
