Williams v. Mo. Highways & Transp. Dep't

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM:

Kendale Williams appeals the judgment of the Boone County Court refusing to allow amendment of a petition and dismissing the petition with prejudice. He claims on appeal that the trial court erred in finding that the amended petition would not relate back to the original petition. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
