Mr. Kody O. Saulmon appeals from the Jackson County Circuit Court judgment denying a 24.035 post-conviction motion after an evidentiary hearing. Mr. Saulmon pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter and was sentenced to ten years in prison, to run consecutively to two concurrent fifteen-year sentences for robbery in the second degree. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, the *347judgment of the trial court is affirmed in accordance with Rule 84.16(b).
