Marko Whitlock appeals the judgment of the trial court entered upon a jury verdict convicting him of third-degree domestic assault, Section 565.074 RSMo., second-degree domestic assault, Section 565.073 RSMo., and fourth-degree domestic assault, Section 565.076 RSMo. No jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. We have furnished the parties with a memorandum, for their information *617only, setting forth the reasons for our order. We affirm.
