Mr. John Adam Krugh, IV appeals a Jackson County Circuit Court judgment confirming a partition sale of the property at 5029 Sunset Drive Kansas City, Missouri 64112, allowing reimbursement of attorney fees and costs, and ordering disbursement of the partition sale proceeds.
