Appeal No. 30731 from Judgment dated October 7, 1993, Harvey T. Ross, Ruling Judge, Coahoma County Chancery Court.

Reversed. The cause is remanded to the Mississippi Board of Nursing with instructions to reinstate the nursing license of Irene Stone.
