Appeal No. 30706 from Judgment dated March 10, 1993, Harvey T. Ross, Ruling Judge, Coahoma County Chancery Court.

Before THOMAS, P.J., and COLEMAN and SOUTHWICK, JJ.

Reversed. The cause is remanded to the Mississippi Board of Nursing with instructions to reinstate the nursing license of Linda Hughes.
