Mayor of Vicksburg v. Record

Mayor of Vicksburg v. Record
Mississippi Supreme Court · Decided November 15, 1886
1 Miss. Dec. 407

Mayor of Vicksburg v. Record

Opinion of the Court

Opinion.

Per Curiam:

If it be conceded that the copy of the plat of “ Pinekardia,” and the description of the property by T. W. Williams therewith connected, are not competent evidence, we are unable to say that the conclusion reached by his honor, the circuit judge, is clearly or manifestly wrong on the other facts1 of record.

Wherefore, the judgment is Affirmed.
