Opinion of the Court

BRADY, Justice:

This is a companion suit with Deposit Guaranty National Bank v. Walter E. Heller & Company, 204 So.2d 856 (Miss. Dec. 11, 1967). For the reasons stated therein, this cause is affirmed.

Affirmed.
