Opinion of the Court

BRADY, Justice.

The facts and issues in this cause are the same as those in the companion case of Francis v. Sisk, 205 So.2d 254 (Miss.Dec. 4, 1967). For the reasons stated therein, this cause is affirmed.

Affirmed.
