McLaughlin v. Wiggs

Opinion of the Court

JONES, Justice:

This was an automobile accident in which the issue was whether the negligence of the *827defendant (appellee) proximately caused or contributed to the collision. The issue being submitted to the jury, and it having heard all the evidence, returned a verdict for the said defendant (appellee). We find no error which would justify a reversal.

Affirmed.

GILLESPIE, P. J., and PATTERSON, INZER, and ROBERTSON, JJā€ž concur.
