Parish v. Viator

Opinion of the Court

JONES, Justice:

This is a child custody case from the Chancery Court of Lamar County.

The law as to these cases has been stated numerous times in previous decisions of this Court, and this case presents no new question of law. We cannot say that the chancellor was erroneous in his finding of facts, and we therefore affirm the case.

Affirmed.

GILLESPIE, P. J., and PATTERSON, SMITH and ROBERTSON, JJ., concur.
