Sumrall v. Stephens

Opinion of the Court

GILLESPIE, Chief Justice.

This personal injury case arose out of a three-car collision. The plaintiff recovered against one defendant and lost as to the other. A review of the evidence and the applicable law reveals that it was a jury question whether the successful defendant was guilty of negligence contributing to plaintiff’s injuries. We find no reversible error in submitting the case to the jury or in the instructions.

Affirmed.

JONES, BRADY, INZER and ROBERTSON, JJ., concur.
