PER CURIAM.

The conviction of the defendant is hereby affirmed and the case remanded to the trial court so that appellant may be re-sentenced in compliance with Johnson v. State, 260 So.2d 436 (Miss. 1972) and Wolf v. State, 260 So.2d 425 (Miss. 1972).

Affirmed; case remanded for resen-tencing of appellant.
